Tony Gee requires an  experienced graduate design engineer with at least three years' experience to join the expanding rail team in the Esher office.  The graduate engineers would not necessarily be expected to have rail experience but would demonstrate an enthusiasm for working on the railway infrastructure to gain broad experience in structures, earthworks and permanent way. Tony Gee has a reputation for responding rapidly to complex technical challenges on the railway infrastructure and the production of innovative and sustainable solutions.

Graduates would be expected to join Tony Gee's graduate training scheme for the ICE CPR and site placements can be arranged with contractor clients to gain practical experience.  The graduates would be involved throughout the life of a project and be expected to be involved in investigation, survey, feasibility, optioneering, preliminary and detailed design and then provide site support during construction.
